October Meeting Minutes
Atlanta chapters kicks off new 1891 campaign as part of its local scholarship fund for 2018-2019

As an effort to build awareness and raise significant funds for the Atlanta chapter's local scholarship fund (to meet its $35,000 goal), the Atlanta chapter kicked off its 1891 ATL Campaign at the October chapter meeting.

Campaign Goals:

  • Increase the overall participation of metro Atlanta Aggies in giving to the chapter to over 1000
  • Develop a relevant contact list of Aggies in the Metro area (1,891)
  • We are using 1891 because of founding date and the $18.91 as base amount to increase the likelihood that "casual" givers will give (Our goal is based on reaching the 1,891 Aggies).

Ways to Give:

  • Text to give $18.91 (or more) to (404) 998-4068
  • Aggies can use the Cash app: $AtlAggiesTreasurer
  • Website: https://nc-a-t-su.snwbll.com/1891-2
  • Aggies can mail bank check to PO Box 78532 - Atlanta, GA. 3035

Special thanks to our chapter's new Fundraising Chairs, James Smith and James Thomas for taking on this initiative. We thank you all for your continued support.

AGGIE PRIDE.
